This series of live training sessions are conducted by highly skilled instructors with many years of online recruitment experience. There's no need to pre-register, just follow the instructions to connect to a live session.
You should connect 5 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time, as sessions start promptly on the hour. If there are more than 15 participants (maximum number of attendees) you will receive the following message: “The meeting you are trying to join is currently locked”. You will then have to join another web seminar session at a later time.

- Log in and navigate Monster.ca
- Identify the Resume Search page sections
- Enter basic search criteria
- Display resumes, navigate resume sections, and choose resume actions
- Analyse your results information and refine your search criteria
- Use Boolean Logic operators, best practices
- Save search criteria and run a previously saved search
- Manage folders and candidates
