Entity Update And FAQs

Effective from 1st September 2024, the entire business of Monster Worldwide Canada Inc. will be transferred to Monster Worldwide Canada Operations Inc.

Monster Worldwide Canada Operations Inc. will continue provide all services in the same manner and will be listed on future invoices.  Your contacts and their telephone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.

The changes are as follows:

From 1st September 2024
Company Name Monster Worldwide Canada Operations Inc.

Please note that your contract with Monster will continue with the contractual party as of 1st September 2024 changing to Monster Worldwide Canada Operations Inc.

Why is this change happening?

The change is part of an internal restructuring to streamline our operations under one entity, Monster Worldwide Canada Operations Inc. 

When does this change take effect?

The change will be effective from 1st September 2024. 

What happens to my existing contract?

Your contract remains valid and binding without any addendums or limitations. The only change is that Monster Worldwide Canada Operations Inc. will now be your contractual partner instead of Monster Worldwide Canada Inc. 

Do I need to sign a new contract?

No, you do not need to sign a new contract. The existing contract continues to be valid under the new entity, Monster Worldwide Canada Operations Inc. 

Will my services or contacts change?

No, all services, contacts, telephone numbers, and email addresses will remain the same. The only changes are to the name of the contractual entity, company ID and registered tax #. 

Will there be any changes to the invoicing process?

The invoicing process remains the same, but invoices will now be issued by Monster Worldwide Canada Operations Inc.

You can continue to reach out to your existing contacts via their current telephone numbers and email addresses. For additional support, please use our Contact Us form. 

Will this change affect the terms and conditions of my contract?

No, the terms and conditions of your contract will remain the same. The only changes are to the name of the contractual entity, company ID, and registered tax #.
