Recruiters overwhelmed with requisitions and resumes, don’t often have time to pay attention to their recruitment site or candidate experience. Unfortunately, when talent management systems aren’t job-seeker friendly, it ultimately takes longer and costs more to get the best talent.

The webinar provided key insights into:

  •  Extending your talent management system to build your recruitment brand
  •  Simplifing your transition from applicants to new hires
  •  Increasing the number of completed applications on your career site
  •  Developing a communications strategy between yourself and high potential candidates to keep your recruitment pipeline full
  •  Facilitating on boarding and integrate new hires into your organization
