SearchMonster uses precision search technology to find the exact talent you need on Monster or from your cloud databases. Take a look at how you can use SearchMonster with Cloud to zero in on the top candidates for your positions.
Access Your Account
- First, go to www.hiring.monster.ca and sign in to your account.
- You will be directed to your Main Dashboard page. Click on My Candidates at the top of the page.
- Click on SearchMonster in the menu.
Start Your Search
You will be brought to your SearchMonster Dashboard. Select the type of search you want to run under the search bar (Semantic or Boolean). Then enter your criteria. The Advanced Options menu offers more filtering options but you can also add more in the next page. Click Search to review your results.
Access Your Database
On your search results page, you will see that the left panel is dedicated to your search criteria. You can select your Candidate Sources at the top of this section. Click SHOW LIST to view your source options. All of your cloud accounts will be listed. The default setting is All Candidates, so your search will pull candidates from your cloud databases and Monster. You can select to view candidates from multiple sources, or individually by checking and unchecking the boxes next to each database. After you make your selections, click Update to refresh your results.
Know the Source
You will see what database this resume was sourced from in the Candidate’s Profile right below the location.
